Last Sunday, our congregation’s communities joined together in celebrating World Mission Sunday. Masses, missionary rosaries, gatherings with children and youth, presentations, and screenings of the documentary Me Miró (He Looked at Me)—about our foundress, Blessed Mother María Inés Teresa—brought this celebration to life across several countries.
In Arandas, Jalisco, the Arandas House celebrated with children from the Blessed Luis Magaña Servín Deanery. Other participating communities included the María Inés Child Care Center (CAI) in Santa Rosa, Costa Rica; the Costa Rica Novitiate; CEFIMMI in Chiapas—along with the catechism children and the young women from the boarding school; as well as the communities in Monterrey, Mazatlán, Atotonilco, Cuernavaca, and Maywood.

In Cuernavaca, the Novitiate House shared the missionary spirit with catechism children and parishioners from San Felipe de Jesús Parish. In Santa Ana, California, the missionary rosary was prayed. In Gardena, California, the sisters introduced Mother María Inés and prepared the big-screen screening of the film. The Santa Ana community presented Me Miró at St. Norbert Parish and in their school auditorium.
The celebration also reached Pamplona, Benalup-Casas Viejas, Coopevega, Ireland, and the Casita de Nazaret, where prayers and sacrifices were offered for the extension of the Kingdom of Christ. From Vietnam, Jakarta, and Korea, greetings, missionary rosaries, and youth activities were shared. In Korea, during a VanClar retreat, two young men began their journey as pre-VanClarists, and the others renewed their commitment during Holy Mass.

In Russia, the communities of Saratov and Pyatigorsk lived these days with special devotion. The sisters in Pyatigorsk carried out two missionary journeys: on Saturday, they traveled 600 kilometers to visit the parishes of Blagoveshchenka and Stavropol, where they celebrated Holy Mass and led the liturgical singing. The following day, they shared Mother María Inés’s documentary in the parishes of Pyatigorsk and Novopavlovsk.<br/>
The communities of the Apostolic Nunciature in Monrovia, Liberia, and Nigeria also joined in, where the sisters celebrated alongside Mother Martha and two general councilors.

This celebration recalled Christ’s missionary mandate to the Church and the witness of Blessed Mother María Inés Teresa, who crossed land and sea to spread the Kingdom of God. Her ardent desire continues to inspire our communities: that all may know and love Christ, for it is urgent that Christ reign!
